了解客户需求

作为外贸公司,我们需要了解客户的真实需求,这样才能提供满足客户需要的产品和服务。我们可以用以下英文方式主动了解客户:

"May I ask what are you looking for specifically?" 代表"我可以问问您具体在找寻什么产品或者服务吗?"

"Do you have any other requirements besides price and quality?" 代表"除了价格和质量之外,您还有别的需求吗?"

提出问题以获取更多信息

获取客户需求的同时,我们也要提出问题来获取更多有用的信息,这有利于我们深入了解客户,提供更准确的方案。例如:

"What factors are most important to you in making your decision?" 代表"在做决定的时候,对您来说最重要的因素是什么?"

"Could you tell me more about your typical customers/target market?" 代表"您可以告诉我更多关于您的典型客户或者目标客户群体的信息吗?"

询问客户意见以改进产品和服务

向客户询问意见,可以帮助我们持续改进已经提供给客户的产品和服务,也让客户觉得被尊重。例如我们可以说:

"How was your experience with our previous delivery? What can we do better next time?" 代表"之前我们的交货服务质量如何?我们下次可以如何做得更好?"

"What other features would you like to see us add to the product?" 代表"您是否有其他想增加到产品中的特性或功能?"

表达感谢并请客户提出建议

完成业务交流后,我们还应该以英文的方式对客户表示感谢,同时帮助我们持续改进。例如我们可以说:
